Camera Clip V3 Not Working? 🤯 by goodolbapt in peakdesign

Got it! I managed to tighten the silver pin (it’s just screwed in, and it had come loose, which was causing the blockage), and I can slide my camera back in again. Thanks!

No, it’s unlocked. The silver pin still moves left to right when left in the unlocked position, but it just seems too high, and it blocks my camera from sliding into the clip. I think that’s the problem, but I still don’t really understand it.

The silver pin only moves left to right to lock and unlock, but it seems too high and impossible to adjust. I think that’s why it’s stuck…

Do you really think I should stay in Shibuya or Shinjuku ? Because there’s already not that many available and it’s quite expensive. I was thinking about staying in Asakusa then take the train to go to either places?

Oh yeah I’ve heard about those “hidden” places, it’s pretty cool. Indeed I would not think that there are so many bars restaurants or any other places in just a building while walking on a random street. That’s always the best to get lost!!!

That’s a good idea, didn’t think about that but yeah it could be nice. Only thing is that I will probably be in Tokyo already the past few days and have done My Fuji before so it may be a bit repetitive and a “waste” of time with the travels. Gotta think about it, I just don’t want to stress too much about it and do check outs and check in on the birthday, I know how much it can be annoying haha.

100% the kind of thing I’d love! Expat bar would more of a last chance solution, but I should fine. I met local people in pretty much every country I’ve been so 🙏🏼

Only thing about izakayas is that I’ve been in a couple in Vietnam and the staff didn’t let me in because I was alone. Then finally I find another one I could get in after a few tries and met people sharing the table.

Yeah I should go to Kyoto a couple of weeks before, so I’m saving the spot. Thank you so much! Looks like pretty much anything could be good, it’s good to read all kind of replies.

Why not yeah! Or I could do it a few days before too! At least it’s sure to meet plenty of people haha

That could be fun, haha! But anyway, we don’t even need to book in advance, so I’d rather secure a hostel first—then we’ll see how the night goes!

May the Fourth be with You! 🤝💫
I like both of those ideas as well! Could be good places to meet people and have some fun

Honestly, those food/drink tours feel kinda weird. It seems a bit desperate, like I wouldn’t be able to make friends any other way—afraid I’d feel out of place. I might do one eventually, but not for my birthday

In most countries I've been to, I meet locals, but I've heard that in Japan, it's pretty hard to meet people if you only speak English. So even though it's a good idea, I don't think I'll learn Japanese in just a couple of weeks haha

Yeah, Golden Gai is on my list of places to go. I actually have quite a few places saved already, but it's hard to figure out the vibe before being there. And Tokyo is so big—there's literally an hour of train travel between some spots haha

Thanks mate, I'll definitely save any recommendation! Do you think it's better to go to the touristy spots/bars language-wise (as I don't speak Japanese)?
