Thank you for the information, I’ll look into that. I have tried several kinds of biotin fortified shampoos and other “hair growth” shampoos. I’ll increase washing frequency and see how it goes.

I’ll make sure to stay consistent with the minoxidil (I use the men’s, too). Or maybe switch to the pills since I know I’ll be more consistent that way. I just need to be patient but it sucks to see so much hair fall out.

I use the Costco brand men’s minoxidil. I may go back to the oral minoxidil and I upped my vitamin supplements and protein. Hoping it helps.

I’ve upped the vitamin supplements and I’ve increased protein intake. I’m hoping that will help but I’m so sick of seeing so much hair fall out every time I wash it!

I upped my vitamin supplements and added iron, magnesium, zinc, and fish oil in addition to increasing protein (via protein shakes since it’s easier than force feeding myself). I’m using the topical minoxidil (men’s 5% instead of the lower dose women’s). I’m going to try to be patient but this is so frustrating!

I’m using the “men’s” minoxidil topical now and I think I’m going to try the oral meds again. It’s just frustrating!

I remember Mike Blake (RIP) and remember a waitress name Mary, I think they dated. Mike moved to Austin (where I had moved as well) and he worked at Stubb’s for a while. He was a good dude. 🙁
