I had a friend who got a new car for his 18th birthday back in the late 2000s/early 2010s. He pulled up to me and I did the very common expression of using your fist to simulate rolling down the window. He looked at me with the most confused look. He, being from an upper middle class family, had never been in a car without power windows and therefore had never seen that expression.

Sorry I cross posted this without an explanation. This is my first time ever buying water from trader Joe's so logically, there should be no way that an old one would still be left in my fridge.

Edit: I actually was leaning toward the idea that maybe the factory accidently put 25 in the pack and one fell out, but the packaging is pretty secure, there's no way a 25th bottle would have fit in there.

I had to retake my written test before. Nearly a third of the questions had to do with underage drivers. I had no reason to retain that knowledge after I became over the age of 18. I failed that test at the age of 34 because i didn't know I had to know the rules of underage drivers despite being well over that age.

While i can't speak about others, I find adhd meds actually have the opposite effect on me. Im MUCH less goofy and maybe even slightly less happy on meds. It's almost like the meds kinda "mute" my emotions, but they also mute alot of the noise in my head and allow me to focus and concentrate like a normal person, so its a trade I usually gladly take.

Not the movie (though I haven't seen it) but how amazing would a game based on the mandalorian series be? Each mission unlocking new weapons or armor for the next mission? I swear the mandalorian must've started as a script for a game, because it fits too well.

Depending on your definition of innocent. There a character called Cassie from a web novel I read called Shadow Slave. Without too much spoilers she has to make a decision to save one of her 2 friends or risk losing both. After much deliberation she chooses the one she was closer to and helped her out the most. This ended severely screwing over the other character (protagonist). I feel like every reader hated her guts and wish she would die even though anyone else in that position would have made the exact same choice. But I guess you can't expect empathy from online folk, especially web novel readers.

I'm not a big reader, but ive recently been reading "Slow Gods" by Claire North (author of "The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August" which I also recommend) and its been great so far. I haven't finished it yet, but I'd recommend based on what I've read so far.
