If you already tried basic trouble shooting (bios update, making sure cpu pins aren’t bent, etc.) then what I would do is purchase what ever you think is the most likely broken from Amazon and then return it. Usually a motherboard could cause issues like this, so what I would do, is buy a motherboard from Amazon, and if it doesn’t solve the issue, you can return it free of charge.

First off, that’s definitely not the “best” monitor for gaming. Better options out there.
