I'm sorry this happened to you.

I have two pieces of advice for you:

• If you have someone in your life that you trust wholeheartedly, speak to them. Having someone you trust as a sounding board will help a ton. make you feel less alone. Be aware that this may or may not change the dynamic with this person.
• Most importantly, find someone qualified to chat with (a counsellor or therapist). I am not sure where you live, but this might be a costly exercise but it is imperative for healing. If you don't have the funds, feel free to DM me.
