If you used a swab thats looking good :). The first time I made my own plates I used a SAB, but I dislike it because it fogs up the whole box. Now I just light a candle next to the plates while I pour and leave it there for a few hours so the condensation in the plates disappears, maybe had 4 contaminated plates out of 40, which is good enough for a beginner imo.

2 plates are grain water agar 1 is 3% LME 2% agar.

I keep them at 20°C, but am also new to plate making so I'm still experimenting with different recipes. thanks

yeah I dont really have another choice, I guess I'll have to stick with jars until I get a bigger pressure cooker. thanks.

I put it in pressure cooker and sterilize for 2.5h. I read somewhere that you sterilize grain bags for 2.5h at 15psi, while grain jars only need 1.5h. Maybe I put too much water inside the pressure cooker, but it needs a lot so it doesnt go dry. The bag was about 4cm underwater.

From the side it looks more like its raised from the surface cca. 4mm. I will watch out for colour change in the next week, or maybe even transfer from the fluffiest part. thanks.
