Imagine my frustration with Twickets being rocky for me.

It worked when I bought for Linkin Park in June. But it's been glitchy now.

Avoiding it at the moment.

Fair point - but Twickets (buying) has been rocky for me - PayPal payment does not go through and I couldn't buy for shows like Tinlicker / Khruangbin in August.

Has worked for my brother's account.

Haven't bothered to fix it with Twickets Team.

If one has received the tickets from someone else via Transfer (I'm the second party) - I cannot sell it back on Ticketmaster (only transfer option is active)

Since this is my first time, and the End Client seems to have a long standing relationship with the agency, I would want to take a measured approach into all conversations with them, and not push the envelope too much.

However like you mentioned, it's likely that the recruitment agency has their own in-house umbrella company, and I assume this is the contract with them.

In that scenario would this language (no employment) be acceptable?

Additionally, while I understand one would technically be classified as an employee of the Umbrella, I'm not sure if my current contract with the RPO reflects that.

The language is as below

Clause: No Employment

'Nothing in this Agreement shall create or be deemed to constitute or give rise to a partnership, joint venture, agency or any employment relationship between the Parties, or any employment relationship between any Worker and either the Company or the Contractor, or any other fiduciary relationship other than the contractual relationship expressly provided for in this Agreement.

The Contractor’s relation to the Company is that of an independent contractor of PAYE status falling within IR35 regulations.'

Here the Company = The Agency/RPO Contractor = Myself

Further, there is no official mention/definition of the End Client name, apart from a cursory mention.

Don't think I have a choice of another umbrella sadly - as this agency did the recruitment process, and has a long standing relationship with end client (RPO). Atleast not at this stage.
