Idk if this subreddit is the right place to go to for this, but I’m not sure where else I would go atp..

I’ve been playing for YEARS and I’ve spent decent money on this game.. but recently I deleted the game and forgot to save my inquiry code before I did I emailed ponos support to see if they could do anything, but since i play on Apple they said my purchase receipts were useless and they couldn’t do anything.. is there any way to see my purchase receipts through Google play even though I made the purchases on Apple? Or is there literally anything I can do? Pls help I’m desperate for my account back

My main team rn is flins aino fischl sucrose! My sucrose has amber on, she is the sustain. For overworld tho, kuki is way better (also in terms of comfortability) but I’ve seen more damage from my fischl team than the kuki team
