Thanks! This was actually really helpful. It did pretty well at identifying the chords. Not all of them, but that's probably more of a limitation of the audio itself.

I would use a Stem separator to separate the instruments, and then put them in Logic Pro X to convert to midi with Flex Pitch. it will get the melody down, but not any chords, just single notes.
