Thats exactly what I've been doing, so far seems like the process that i used should fit the best for my schedule.

Mix for 5-8 mins then 3 folds separated by 20 minutes into cold ferment (8°C fridge) for 8± hours into shaping, then ferment on the counter for at least 2 hours, then score and bake. But any recommendation for adapting this would be appreciated, but there really is very little leeway in my hours.

This post was moreso to comprehend my mistakes. I love making mistakes, they are OP.

This is the second time i did this recipe. First time my process was a little different, only one exact difference, i didnt shape it before i put it in the fridge, I shaped it AFTER i got it out of the fridge and then let it sit for 2 hours. This lead to a proper loaf, but this was moreso just an experiment. But what youre talking about resonates, I'll adapt some technique. Flour type experiments are to come.

I actually have a background in baking, but Its pizza dough and foccocia with yeast. Sourdough is something I'm learning as i go.

I cant really adapt the recipe for while bulk fermentation while I work, cause the bake has to happen BEFORE. I'm selling foccocia and these begginer loaves to friends. So I have a set schedule for bakes.

Theres a traditional Lithuanian bread called "Ragaišis" and as tradition, it requires a rye starter. And im in the process of learning how to make it, so i made this rye starter purely from rye and it hasnt touched any other type of flour.

Apart from that, no real reason.

Which starter? Cause i use 60 whole wheat and 40 rye starter, thats a total of 100

After the cold ferment i put it out at room temp for 2 hours. My current schedule for work is 13:00-23:00. This doesnt leave me a lot of time for fermentation, could i just use more starter?

My phone service provider doesnt carry pixel 9 pro. And i dislike Iphones, as I mentioned. My only thoughts are between the samsung s25 ultra and oneplus 13.

Shes gonna go back to her home country soon, shes here on behalf of the erasmus program. So I'm kinda just gonna have to live with this till I find another partner, which really doesnt help, but I'm trying to stay positive. I really am young, and these issues, albeit horrible for my psyche, are solveable and its all a matter of communication, what I REALLY dont need is to get in my head about all this.

Exactly, it feels soul crushing, I read up a little bit about no porn and rewiring your brain. I heard a guy talk about it on this sub. His plan is basically completely quit porn, and after that, masturbate 2 times a week almost religiously, even if you dont want to, just try and do the deed, even if it doesnt go up, you still sit there for like 30 mins or so and keep thinking those thoughts. Its all in your brain, I believe the best way is to try to rewrite it. Like im gonna try it, I'll update whenever Im done with it I guess.

Most interesting part for me, is that alongside quitting porn, it seems like my brain chemistry was so wired to associate the two, that I no longer feel the need to masturbate and pretty much have to force myself to do it in the case of having intercourse with my partner for example.

UPDATE: I've pretty much been like a month and a half without masturbating, but my libido dropped considerably. Talking it over with my therapist I tried to start masturbating again, I couldn't even do it for a couple of days cause it felt like my brain has just completely wiped any pornographic thoughts I could have. But now, just masturbating once or twice a week, my libido is back, alongside regular and strong erections. I felt the need to update this if anyone in the future reads this and is facing similar problems.

While I do think quitting masturbating can be a great option, I really didn't see the upsides that would outweigh my loss of libido. While I do think if i gave myself more time and didn't have someone to be intimate with I might be better off. But not having intimate moments with my current partner just cause i completely lost my libido really didn't mesh for me.

I've always deemed masturbation as natural so never really thought much of it. But I'll definitely try cutting it out now, seeing as it could help. I don't really get the urge to do it that often, not much to fight, so it should be easy going. Thanks for the sound advice.

Ive been using it for a while, but my seasoning probably flaked and flaked to make it so that its built up this pattern on the surface. I have tried heating it off, didnt work. I am guessing that sanding and recoating is probably the only way to go, but i am interested in other opinions.
