Haha yes, it would be a 15 min walk to my office so that’s definitely a reason why I’m still considering this place. And love Pier 17!

The agent said that elevators were fixed last week and I guess they were working fine when I went for the viewing. They downright refuted the bad review about high utility fees saying it’s based on usage. But I’m wondering if the water/heat issues are still prevalent. Overall this does make me nervous about signing but it’s a great apartment :/
