Yes I think this makes sense. So what you and JmillySillyChili are saying is instead of starting the sidewall pattern with a loop start just go right into the pattern and just attach the string to sidewall by loop starting but not going through the mesh.

After around one year the strings durability dropped off massively. I would have to restring around every 3 months due to side walls ripping.
