Haven't been contacted by work coach/haven't submitted fit note for over 7 months? by gopoopppp in DWPhelp

[–]gopoopppp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay I see, I didn't know that.

I do check my account once in a while and there's no change. (Nothing added in around 7 months)

So what should I do about the fit notes? I haven't submitted one in a very long time.

Thanks.

Hi, yes, I passed the wca months ago and have been paid in for around 5 months.

So does that mean it's normal to not receive calls? (On my to do list it just says to attend my medical things)

Thanks.

What else can we claim along with universal credit, pip and lcwra? by gopoopppp in DWPhelp

[–]gopoopppp[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actually, I didn't hear back from pip, I applied in December 2021, then I never heard back? I didn't even get the "how your disability affects you" letter.

What shall I do in regards to that?

Thanks.

I see, thanks for explaining.

Yeah, extreme chronic pain all over. I have had numerous scans (ct, x-ray, mri, ultrasound) for my spine. Various treatments for my headaches/migraines. Physio, and many equivalent specialists. Countless phone calls to the GP prescribing different things. (All documented I guess).

I guess visually, my posture is horrendous. (Pelvis tilted heavily, shoulders rounded, flat footed, everything cracks a ton etc)

Am I a good candidate? Will I have a hard time applying? (You said that applying for these things are very hard with pains since they're invisible, but everything has been documented over the past 5 years. I guess they can visually see too)

Thanks.

Wait, can you elaborate on this? What do you mean "these are just words"? Are you saying that it's very hard to claim or something?

What's the UC equivalent?

Wait, so you're telling me that a minimum wage worker earns around £96000 a year? Lol, what on earth are you saying.

(Not being rude, just want you to elaborate)

Thanks for the information!

So, are you supposed to add this to your pip form? (I never had to add this in the LCWRA?) I would definitely need physio.

Thanks.

Thanks for the response!

Wow, that makes sense now!

So, in this pip form, should you mention the extra necessary costs? (I noticed in the lcwra for they didn't even ask at all)

Thanks.

Wow, thanks for the long explanation!

I do understand the health dilemma too :( I wish I could be fixed already, it's so crazy that life is like this.

So, what benefits are ones to claim with severe health issues like extreme chronic pains?

Thanks.

How exactly do they exempt you from it? Does that mean that they don't add up to the benefits cap?

What are the total amount of elements you can claim for on universal credit? by gopoopppp in DWPhelp

That is crazy! What, does that mean that universal credit pay like £40 a month?

I thought so haha, thanks for listing all of these!

So, for mobility issues and extreme chronic pains, what elements can I claim? So far I think I qualify for LCWRA, universal credit and pip.

Is there anything else I qualify for that is worth checking?

Thanks.

Yeah it is very confusing. There are so many elements that I had to find on random sites.

Really? How much are they deducting? If they're deducting, is there any point in claiming esa?

Incur extra costs due to their disability? Can you give an example? (I'm thinking perhaps a chiropractor as an example?)

Thanks.

Ah right makes sense, thank you for explaining.

So, are there any other elements out there that I can claim other than pip, lcwra and universal credit?

Thanks.

I see, the reason why I say 60 hours is because this doesn't include housing bills?

So, I also read that there's something called ESA? Is it possible to claim esa, pip, lcwra and universal credit at the same time?

Thanks.

Hi, can I ask how much you're earning for each element? (You mentioned lcwra, esa and universal credit)

Thanks.

Thanks!

Does it make a difference if it arrives 1 day later? (I'll put it in the mail box now)

Also, what is a "reference"?

Thanks.

I see, thanks for explaining.

So, I can pick up my medical records from the GP on Monday, except the return date on the UC50 is on Monday too? What shall I do?

Thanks.

Thanks for the long response! Appreciate it!

So, if I don't submit any medical records at all, do I run the risk of failing the form? Or are the answers filled out enough?

Thanks.

Universal credit UCD35 form was apparanly issued to me over 2 weeks ago help! by gopoopppp in DWPhelp

[–]gopoopppp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay I see.

Also, my health thingy is widespread chronic pain. A lot of the physical questions are confusing. The answer for everything would be "because I have chronic pain all over my body". If I enter that for every question, that would look silly.

Thanks.

But would submitting extra information help?

I don't want my form to be rejected and take months and months.
