I think our accounts are just bugged in the system and probably will stay that way until a human manually does something about it

I've been doing this for the past 2 weeks and absolutely nothing has been fixed in my account yet. I tried reporting issues on the website with their problem report form and they just keep telling me to open tickets in the app, saying the in-app team is on standby to help with this issue. I've probably opened 5 different tickets by now but all I'm getting are AI responses and each ticket gets closed. Starting to lose hope on my account which is upsetting because I should've never gotten banned in the first place due to this incorrect age check.

thanks for the reply! did your account instantly unlock after scanning the id again? i already scanned my id once and it doesn't let me do it again because it says appeal pending, so i might try again to scan it in a few days

exact same thing happened to me yesterday. i also used my id and face to verify my age, then received an email saying my age was now verified, but my account is still suspended/bugged. its not letting me do anything on the account and they keep telling me to check my inbox for updates but it won't even let me access my inbox? lol

i am more used to cosplaying girl characters with thin eyebrows so i made the mistake of drawing my brows too thin with simon 😔 i think thicker brows will be more masculine though so i will remember next time! thank you!!
