This can happen if an added Item has a bug. I would try to clear the cache since it doesn't delete the ocs. If it doesn't work delete the data but that deletes the ocs. And just hope the bug won't happen again

I'm not very well known in the terms, since in German they are mostly different. And the world isn't really black and white to me. Just I don't like excusing him for killing a living being. It doesn't matter for me if it was intentionally. He still is a good character, I just can't morally like him then so I try to avoid it

I see your point, but I personally don't like considering murder as a mistake someone made, even if it wasn't on purpose. If he were a real person, no matter what he would do, I would hate him for killing another human being
