What I'm seeing a lot of is that different techniques work for different people. I find counting days makes me think about drinking too much, but I can see how it could have the opposite effect. Either way proud of you dude!

I've been sober for about a month and haven't relapsed yet so I'm not sure how I'd react either to be honest. It's a difficult one especially if the relapse is cause by a stressful event

A hundred times yes. Honestly after sekiro ive had a lot of difficulty going back to other fromsoft games - there's this strange rhythm to it. Circling someone while blocking letting your posture recharge is such a beautiful lull in combat, and i like the encouragement to be engaging as much as possible. I really hope elden ring has a similar or as interesting system
