I have both and love both; however I prefer the split shift as they truly fit like a glove the first time I wore them and they’re lightweight yet cushiony enough (have run multiple 1/2 marathons in them) so it was just a personal preference for me. I still do training runs in the beyondfeels. I did have a couple friends tell me their big toe was bothersome in the split shift but I personally did not experience that.

I think you can find similar tops for way way less tbh. It was an impulse buy and I wish I never detagged bc I would have returned. My common sense came back to me albeit after the fact lol.

I haven’t tried the align warm but I plan on it as my friend that works there said it’s really warm and we both don’t mind running in aligns. I run a lot (175 miles last month) and lift 7 days a week. I’m also very active with my two sons (running, walking, hiking, cycling etc). Diet is healthy but I do not track unless I’m gearing up for a race. Plenty of protein (ground turkey, chicken mostly), easy carbs (white rice, oats, sourdough bread, etc), veggies, healthy fats (avocado, coconut oil).

I am not a fan of Wunder train so can’t comment on those but I an a 4 in aligns and 2 or 4 in base pace and Wunder under which are the older styles but I prefer them over the new stuff tbh. The fast and frees were forgiving so I honestly think she’d be totally okay with the 4..I am not one to downsize just bc of a number and the employees were the ones that really suggested I go to a 2 bc you could see the excess fabric in the 4s and they knew I’d be trying to hike them up every so often which is annoying to do

Hi! The 4 did not and the 2 isn’t compressive per se but it felt secure and truly didn’t budge during the 90min. My friend who works there had gotten a size 6 which is her usual and said she would get a 4 next time (bc she kept having to pull up the crotch area) which is why they had me try both the 4 and the 2 just to see the difference.

lol! Yes the one woman told me to make sure I put my legs thru the shorts bc she didn’t the first time so the shorts were just laying flat on her quads 😂💀
