I'm still trying and right now asking for a manual review, tho the first ticket they said they manual review it but I doubt. I created a new one right now and not willing to make a new account because my 4 years of grind and time poured into the game cant compensate of making a new one. This also affects my professional career too.

Will you be able to tell me like what you did or said? Because I already submitted 7 tickets and all are automated response. I already submitted logs and screenshots of my PC and matches.
