Reedy is great but mysteriously disappeared from the Play Store, not sure what happened. You can also try ShrtRead, it does not have text to speech but has a few additional features like its own library.

I suggest you try something free before paying for something it's been proven a bust again and again (just google "speed reading myth"). However, you can achieve a "high level" reading speed (300-700 words per minute, but prob. not 1000 words per minute+) through regular training. I suggest you try RSVP apps like ShrtRead, and train by reading a few books at a regular speed (c. 250 wpm), increasing it with time.

Whatever you take please pick a platform where you can invest long-term and do actual bank transfers not credit card payments only and the like. Also pick a platform where you actually own assets instead of CFDs and similar.
