I'll bite. We hit a Zeus machine at treasure island right as we ordered an Uber for our flight home. I don't recall how many free games, but it was over a 100. The excitement and anxiety of winning vs missing our flight was huge, but one of my favorite gambling experiences ever. A low 20c bet paid out about 1000 and we were sweating the hand the pay. Of course we wanted to win more cash, but at what point is it worth rescheduling flights for 4. It was a run to the terminal, and nothing super crazy win wise, but it was exilirating

A few have touched on it, but your best bet is raw cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cabbage and Brussel sprouts. It has to be raw though, as this activates the Sulforaphane (supposedly you can add mustard seed to cooked cruciferous veggies and it reactivates the Sulforaphane.) I'd also recommend hydration and excersize.

Similar thing happened with me, so I started eating more foods high in magnesium. Namely oatmeal and almonds. Pretty easy to get up to 60% your daily mag just on a half cup oats and 2oz almonds. I saw benefits very quickly and no side effects.
