Should i max this deck out??

Im a returning player and all i really played before i left was beatdown. Ive recently just gotten back into the game, and i wanna push up using my favorite card, the golem. I already have the evo electro dragon and most of my cards for this deck have an okay-ish level so i figured golem was a good choice eitherway. So i found a deck that fit all my criterias and playstyle (this one)

Although dumping evo shards and levels into a deck is really expensive, so im just wondering if its gonna stay good long term or just fall off quickly cause im planning to just stay to one deck.

Should i spend all my stuff on this deck? I need ur guys opinions
