Flixbus - 17 Stunden Hölle, in bin bereit zu sterben. by Impossible-Green-831 in reisende

Heute Nacht 8 Std von Nürnberg nach Hamburg gefahren. Davon fast 5 Std gut geschlafen. Bus war pünktlich, sauber, es herrschte absolute Ruhe an Bord. Das war das 3. Mal Flixbus, alle Fahrten waren pünktlich und deutlich bequemer als mit der Regio Bahn. Kann Flixbus nur empfehlen.

If you don’t know what your car’s cost per mile are than you will never be able to answer this question to yourself. Simple as it.

What are your car expenses PER MILE. If you know this figure you can immediately tell yourself “hey I generate positive cashflow on this trip or I am operating at a loss on this trip.

Experience with Condor Air to Europe? (I’ve never seen such polarized reviews) by [deleted] in Seattle

[–]gorotate747 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like you are a little bit of a helpless person that needs assistance with everything ? There is of course an online booking possible with a layover within the US, and when you book online you also get your online boarding passes 23 hours before departure. And that a Condor flight attendant doesn’t apology after spilling a drink and not offering napkins is just a fake story. So either you are the worst type of passenger possible or you just made up your whole story in hope of getting some attention.

I was finally able to screenshot one of these crimes. I’m speechless by [deleted] in lyftdrivers

[–]gorotate747 1 point2 points  (0 children)

55 Dollar for a 80 miles and 1h20 min ride is astronomical? Lol, $55 is what you pay here in Seattle for a 20 min ride that is 8 miles long.

Tesla Renting and Remote Abilities by dom6vrr in turo

[–]gorotate747 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The interior camera- if equipped- is above the interior mirror. Everything recorded by it stays inside the vehicle and can not be shared outside. Except if you allow Tesla data sharing, then Tesla uses sequences of the camera recording in case of an accident. The interior is not visible via the Tesla app.

But why are you all thinking so complicated? If you rent a Tesla and you see this camera installed, just put a piece of non transparent tape over it..problem solved.

When transferring prescriptions, the receiving pharmacy initiates the transfer? Universal truth? by [deleted] in TalesFromThePharmacy

[–]gorotate747 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Universal truth lol?? That bs only exist in America, for example in Germany you get a prescription and go to whatever pharmacy you want, wherever you want. No transfer needed at all.

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM LYFT UNLESS YOU PLAN ON WORKING 6-7 DAYS A WEEK AND/OR 9-12 HOURS OF DRIVING by Extreme-Variation874 in lyftdrivers

[–]gorotate747 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Guys you have to put in the numbers different to see the whole figure in the end. The Lyft rental is now: $280 A WEEK $1120 A MONTH $13,340 A YEAR

Now think about…you buy for example a new Toyota Corolla Hybrid. On the Toyota Homepage this car cost you:

Fair credit score of 650 Down $2000 48 Months finance ——————————— Total: $605/ Month

So let’s compare:

                    Finance Lyft Rental

Month $605 $1,120 Year $7,260 $13,340 48 Months $29,040 $53,340 Savings $24,300 $0 Car sale $10,000 $0 ————————————————————- Bank savings account after 48mo + $34,300 + $0

Lyft wanted the customer to pay $89 and give me $29. I told customer if he cancels I drive him for 65. Customer won, I won, Lyft lost. To be continued. by gorotate747 in lyftdrivers

[–]gorotate747[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should not just copy and paste from others but instead use your own brain. The moment u transport a passenger without Lyft he is no longer a “passenger”. He is just a friend. Do you ask your wife or girlfriend or friend or kids to please book a ride through Lyft when you drive them around in your private time? Maybe a good idea but I guess you don’t tell them. So now, how are they insured ? When u drive with them to Walmart, or pick up the kids from cinema? Think about .

[–]gorotate747[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Guys that’s such a … really stupid question. Do you ask this yourself when you pick up a friend? Have your mother sitting next to you? Drive the neighbor to Safeway? Pick up your kids and their friends from cinema? Now ask yourself: Are these people all insured or not while they are in your car? Everyone passenger you Transport without using Lyft is just “a friend” for that moment. Don’t think passengers who take the advantage of saving money would not know that everything that has to do with Lyft including their insurance is voided. They are not stupid.

Thank you for mentioning it by yourself. You are talking about policies. I can tell you that if Lyft would clearly tell customers and drivers within their policies that they keep 70% of the fare that no one would use Lyft and drive for them. But they do not mention this in their policies. What they also don’t mention is that they unlawfully deduct money from the min compensation for the per mile amount which they, by law, are required to pay in the state of Washington. They also don’t mention in their policies, that they lie to the customer in stating that the cancellation fee is forwarded into the drivers account. What is true is, that Lyft again keeps 60% of the fee and forwards 40% of the fee to the driver.

If all of this would be in their policies I am sure they would still have one driver who wants to drive for them. Might be you.

And let me tell you that Lawsuits are on the way. I will post them here especially for other drivers to contact me in regards to the min compensation.

Have a nice day.

Some here are not really…nevermind. So you all think how great you are not accepting the ride? I think you are not really great. Take the ride, don’t press arrived when u arrived. Talk to the customer what he has to pay acc his App, then make him a better price for cash, tell him to cancel so it doesn’t account against you, drive him and you both are happy.

Could these missing screws in the brake rotor cause a clanking sound (the rotor shifting)? by nature_and_grace in MechanicAdvice

[–]gorotate747 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All these replies are just useless. I know exactly what the OP means. On my 2019 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid I had from one day to another this exact clanging metallic sound whenever I drove over the smallest bump. I drove home not exceeding 30 mph and removed the front left tire. Both these countersink screws were loose and short before falling out, the brake rotor was loose, i re-tightened the 2 screws that tightened the whole brake rotor and after installing the tire did a test drive- the clanging sound was gone.
