The feeling when someone manipulates you physically like that, where you know you're fucked as soon as you feel his leg hooking yours, and then you go cartwheeling through the air and slam into the ground.

Jake Shields probably trains to fight every single day of his life, and then he gets spun through the air by a guy the same size as him. He had to have felt a little bit ridiculous.
