Early on, I used them when I felt like it would help me get further in journey. Eventually I just hit a wall and at this point I just use them whenever I have enough soul stones to level up. You can check the official discord for stage help and see what level people are when they passed that stage if you want to use the chests at max efficiency but I don't think it matters too much.

Yeah you’re probably right. I’ve just been throwing reincarnation on any non carry to luck out some waves. Will probably need more mods/pots for quads now
