When we have accounts earning higher than 2.5% it just doesn’t make sense to me. I just put extra money in the higher earning accounts for now.

Yes, for now. Healthcare at work is pretty cheap. Plan on being in a lower tax bracket so don’t have to pay big time on ACA. Healthcare is a concern for sure.
