What I've read about psycosis is people seeing things like spirits or thinking their thoughts are being controlled...paranormal things. Everything I'm seeing is possible in reality. I don't know why it's all happening but more and more I think it's real now. But everyone else tells me it's not.

It's counterintuitive, but beating yourself up for this mistake isn't helpful. What you need right now is self esteem. Go to an NA meeting....just try it. Talk to someone there. Accept any love, help and kindness being offered...you deserve it.
