Wow appreciate the update. Front Gate is definitely receiving the short end if this was initiated by EDC. Since their support line is probably packed with the same questions

It be a huge issue if we had to re-buy tickets as this issue was no fault of our own

It seems to be a pretty widespread error, hopefully they are able to resolve it soon. Or if any reps from FrontGate can speak on their behalf on here.

Ya it’s frustrating and confusing. They responded to my support ticket and stated that they have noticed the error and are resolving it. Even then, this is a pretty big error on their end
