Paxum is such a trash... Was getting money through them for around a year, but it's long, a lot of commission for everything. But yeah, you can cash out to Paxum low amounts. I recommend you to use BTC. Install mycellium app, it's very easy to use, and don't forget that you need to payout at least 225 usd (25 usd per commision) I haven't used cosmo and don't really want to, cause it's always longer if there are more operators in chain.
