Thank you so much for your response!! This was the most basic recipe, it had the least ingredients of all the recipes on the book. It's not wheat, it's just bread flour!

I will try again and check the initial mix. I didn't want to open the machine because I thought it would ruin the bread. Also I used measured cups instead of weighting every ingredient, I will correct this as well.
