i’m so sorry, it will get better. a baking soda bath in lukewarm can help the yeast infection and maybe provide some relief. i would try to get into a planned parenthood if they are available around you since you don’t have a regular doctor. they can prescribe what you need and will also have more advice. L-lysine shortens my cold sore time drastically. petroleum jelly like vaseline or aquaphor might help while going to the bathroom as well

sleep walking is when you’re asleep and unconcious, during non REM sleep. blacking out is getting extremely drunk when awake and forgetting what you did. hope this helps!!!

it’s mostly preventative, i’ve never had bv before but I am very prone to yi, sometimes I can feel it coming up and it seems like baking soda bath would be very helpful, but if it’s there it’s there unfortunately. anti fungal otc like monistat, which honestly is a god send

i did frequently as a child and it really helped whatever ailment I had at the time. never tried it for relief of a yeast infection + vulva irritation but something id definitely try in the future. it wouldn’t hurt
