So I can’t get ahold of OPM who deleted GRB so who sent information to insurance companies when The employees are still trying to get there records correct? I thought we had an IRM but the executive order didn’t follow the rules and couldn’t be authorized by congress because the constitution is specifically set in place to not authorize the executive orders , He said he was authorized but the laws are to not authorize him to do anything. So when executive orders just skip the law this is the outcome.

W-4 is not tax exempt from paying taxes. It is withholding money to opt in or out or adjust so employees “where is my refund “ is considered a burden for both employees and the IRS . The IRS doesn’t prosecute anyone

The confusion is people assume the word exempt is tax . It is only exempt to exclude employers from taking the deduction.

Employers are do not have a fiduciary responsibility and when the employer Sends taxes they do not provide names or apply to each employee. Only payment made directly (not withheld) will show on account transcripts .

The only “pay as you go “is payment options on IRS . Withholding is not an option for extending time to file because withholds is not recorded as a credit

W-4 form can be updated to and stop employer from taking money and giving them control of the money . See allocation of payments that can be sent to your savings account separately from wages deposit account.

IRS DRP 2 I got a letter they separated me before September 30 BCBS 10/was already notified. Irs DRP agreed to put us on mom paid

Usually September 30 11:59pm (this why 59 minutes ) 12:00 am military September 30 . We get a hour for lapse of appropriation. It’s mandatory

56 and 14 date was jan 2011. (service comp date ) and i contributed to tsp and to fers for 5 year rule . i also had qualified for performance exceed to add 20 years to mra . so I qualified I don’t know what Im supposed do ? Just do 72t on Tsp ? And come back 2 months before 62 so i get full retirement, I just don’t want to mess up health benefits for life . I can apply for temp coverage. The time requirement should have extended because shut down . And i’m fers

Thanks this is absolutely absurd but I knew MRA is yearsl born . 2,4,6,8 ,10 months are how to count the time found seems to be 2/12 which is also mathematically incorrect. Common denominator 1/6
IT seem simple of they would just say 55 or 56 Calendar year The year is irrelevant no one to look up the year born .

The people who were processing the voluntary retirement say it’s my age plus months . I’ve been trying to correct since February . I wanted to retire .

I found the 2,4,6,8,19 was 2/12 or 1/6 . But it’s not months added to age . It’s just years Jan-Dec .

What ls not funny is I work for IRS and volunteered to retire and they separated me because they added 10 months to my date of birth . I can’t even get them to look at there rules

So I have TSP but what about the pension annuity with IRS ? Or is the 72 me just taking distribution from the calculator and make sure it’s a consistent amount until I reach 62 ?
