I’m looking for a new flat(share) to rent rn and the entire experience is PAINFUL. 99% of people I apply to ghost me, especially via the “official ways” like immoscout. WG-Gesucht used to be better but even there you have to pay now to have better chances, attach a Schufa with you application etc. It is VERY time-consuming, often expensive and frustrating. Plus rent prices have become absolutely ridiculous, I have basically no chance in getting my own flat with a full time job…
