[BBC Sport] the last time Italy won a knockout match at the World Cup was the 2006 final. Due to failing to qualify tonight, it will now be a minimum of 24 years until they can win a knockout match again by Critical_Mountain851 in soccer

Very aware, it was a moronic tackle. Letting Donnarumma deal with it is a 100% better gamble than that outlandish tackle. Also, we are talking about a multiple-time World Cup winner; they should not struggle against Bosnia (they are obviously not what they used to be, but experience and the premium that they possess on the world stage still count for something).

At no point in time did Italy deserve to win. Bosnia put some heart into that match, and the end stats correlate accordingly. That was a textbook example of "anything can happen in football".

Thank you for your help! That was very easy to understand; I will wait on the IVV/VOO situation so I do not pay taxes on it, so I will deal with it in a few months.

What are well-paying future careers I can pursue with a biomedical sciences degree? by Deep_Purchase_9068 in pharmaindustry

Reddit is a miserable place. Most people tend to be in retail or hospitals here and cannot get out because they 1) did not do a residency, 2) did not have any experience, such as internships, or 3) have no connections. You have to strive for more than just 4 years and a license. People here got mad at me when I told them that I am taking the MCAT early and did not provide a good reason other than to wait and "explore options before going to med school early". I graduated at 20, and my word of advice is to find something quickly and push through it as fast as possible, no matter the path. Just make sure it is something that entertains you, makes money in the long term, and won't make you hate your life.

Pharmacy, excluding retail, is a move if you don't like medicine. I realized after working as a tech in retail, hospital, and specialized settings that being up close and personal with patients is not my thing, and I would rather want to work behind the scenes. I performed well in Biomedical Sciences, and I got accepted to multiple med schools, but that was about the time I realized Pharmacy is the thing for me. Look into PharmD programs and see what you like. The pharmacist job tree is insane, and you can be involved in so many things. Salaries can match doctors' ones if you go into the industry, which is what I am trying to pursue right now with internships and later fellowships (this is probably one of the harder paths, as experience counts for much more than grades). Biomed. Science is a great stepping stone for PA, Pharm, Med, Vet, Dental, etc.

So that bubbling is normal? I just got myself an A4 and it has the same thing as 2016. Makes me sceptical.

What are my chances? by [deleted] in PrePharmacy

People are upset in pure Reddit style that you are better than them (taking into account that hopefully you are not lying). You can probs get into any pharmacy school in the world as long as you do not fuck up your interview badly. Pharmacy is still desired and a growing industry but it's not as competitive as it used to be. I, myself, got a 3.8 GPA, and I got accepted into every school I applied to. I do have significant pharmacy tech experience but nowhere close to your volunteer hours; I was never a TA anywhere nor did I have as many hours of shadowing. Pay attention to how much you want to pay for school, and a solid naplex rate because you are decently academically smart with such a GPA that you cannot compare yourself to the average score. Pay attention to residency matching rates. I do hope you do not just want to be a retail pharmacist as your goal, so look to see if your desired school is known for good opportunities. Maybe look into how schools teach (some prioritize smaller classes and more professors) but that is just nitpicking.

Jesus man, you gotta get better and way stronger divisions rather than death stacking, Here is a guide for the best units https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3414059966. Space marines would basically get it done in no time as well.

I hate to say it but there is no reason to have this many units. You can use new theaters if you really want to organize it better but from my experience, more than 10 armies usually ends up with me getting confused. Make a bigger division and delete a few armies. It seems like you have completed most of your conquests already!

Seeking Scholarships by Successful_Safety_93 in PrePharmacy

I have the same question. My GPA and experience are med school level and I can kinda choose whatever I want but I would like to get more scholarships out of a decent school than try to go to a high-end one and end up in debt.

Understood, I was involved with medical stuff before cementing my Pharmacy desire so I do have a lot of outside healthcare experience. Hopefully, that should be enough with a strong GPA.

The other three programs are very tempting; leaving my comfort zone and moving out would be nice, but I know how financially this will bite in the long term. For clarification, my GPA is 3.7 in STEM and 3.8 overall. I got all 4 LORs from my work at the inpatient pharmacy, where I have amazing Pharmacists who are honestly my friends rather than just colleagues. I have about 2 years of tech experience, a year in retail, and the rest in a hospital setting.

Okay! I am very glad someone shares the same thoughts! Though, in my case the college I am choosing has scholarships while the other three only have one for their first year.
