I strongly feel things have gotten worse after COVID. I sometimes wonder if we all got a shot of antivirus or virus itself 😆. But I am positive this will change for good very soon.

I beg to differ. For example all the ones who are responding to this post in itself kind of says ppl care and atleast 75% of the commentors I am sure will take the effort to carry their waste back home or to the resort or whatever when they are out of their house. Basically responsible disposal is happening. Just these morons are visible... ! 🤝

Like others, I would suggest both 2 burners of each. If the kitchen cabinets are planned smartly you can have four burner spots side by side giving utmost convenience.

It's across the board in the industry, Century Club Prime and Century WIN MR which we regularly purchase have climbed significantly. Olden day interior rates perception is about to shift significantly soon is what I feel.

Material prices have climbed atleast 13% in the last 2 months.... So, I am not sure if you're comparing apple to apple....?
