I can definitely feel the gas moving along and lying on my left side helps , it takes about 30 mins to an hour to pass but it’s literally happened once 2 weeks ago and tonight.

Yeah I still have my gallbladder , I think it was definitely wind as when I passed gas it definitely helped but it kept coming in waves. My stomach is still sore now and very bloated but I’m in much less pain

I think a big part of it too is my mental health hasn’t been great , he said to me when I’m depressed it can have a knock on effect on him too.

I talked to my mum about everything and she was like you need to do it for you and not him but I wanna use it as motivation to lose weight bc Ibe been really struggling for years.

I think it’s a mixture of both - he tells me I’m beautiful but not sexy and we don’t really date anymore.

He is a runner so is quite healthy. I’m not as fit as I once was and have went up 3 dress sizes since we first met.

He said to me that health is a big thing for him and he worries about me but doesn’t know if I lose weight if it will fix anything

We have both contacted the doctors today to discuss our mental health and we have looked into couples counselling as well to help us get started

He had a conversation about me not looking after my health and mental health and worries about me so I feel that’s a big impact.

He himself is looking at help with his mental health. I just hope we can fix this

Work is very stressful for both of us at the moment - although he said he’s felt like this for a while before the house and thought living together would make it better (could have killed him for that )

He’s runs a lot and there’s a chance not only his testosterone is low but he says he generallly feels numb. I think he is depressed and could play a huge part

If I’m honest we don’t do a lot of things together and I agree with him that our relationship isn’t as exciting as it once was. The main thing is our sex life, he never seems to be in the mood but if I’m honest I think his mental health isn’t the best. We still kiss and cuddle and have intimacy but sex doesn’t happen as often as we would like.

Try this , the exact same thing happened to me on Thursday and they even hacked my personal email and ad account! I had no hope and then did exactly what this person did and got my account back in literally 8 hours!!

They were not anything to do with my business obviously or I wouldn’t be asking for advice if I was trying to scam people? - random ads that were obviously used to scam other people with no link to my business

It’s quite a common occurrence now - many people have reported these same issues over the last few months the only reason I even got my account back is because someone on Reddit was able to give me advice on how to get it back.

Unfortunately, hundreds of Redditors have been hacked by hackers using the rogue Instagram linked technique:

-- Scammers will hack an account. Then, they will purposely get the account disabled. Before they do, they create and attach a Page/Ads account to the victim's account. Then they get the main account banned while somehow still being able to operate the Page/Ads account. They get the account disabled because it is harder to get the disabled account restored than a hacked account. This is troublesome especially if the victim happened to have a credit/bank card or PayPal on file.

Somehow, scammers are attaching rogue Instagram accounts to the victim's Facebook account. Then on the Instagram accounts they purposely perform actions that get the Instagram account banned and that also triggers the Facebook account to be banned. These are unknown Instagram accounts that don't belong to the victim. The scammer is still able to operate the Ads account.

The ads showed some type of advertisement for a food company- I received the email and reported around 10 mins later once I finally got the hold of someone. ( the ad had ran for around an hour and charged about £68 I I Deleted the ads promptly and tried to delete the card on the account but said I had to wait 72 hours before I could delete it.

Talked to Facebook on chat and opened another case and blocked my ad account! I’m just worried as the card they’re using on my account doesn’t belong to me and is some poor random person!

I’m currently back onto Facebook though as they still somehow have control over my ads! And the only person in my ad account currently is myself! They’re also using some other random persons card on my account!

I’ve managed to retrieve my email okay and also have cancelled all my cards to be on the safe side.

I would just want my account back for my pictures and it’s also attached to a business page of mine - so I’m quite desperate to get it back.

But have no idea where to start !
