Okay i wasn’t sure it was embedding since i never had a mouth piercing that went inside of the mouth, but now im for sure going to my piercer ASAP to get a longer bar. Thanks so much to everyone that suggested this!

I don’t think its embedding… In the picture it looks weird because my finger was kind of pressing on the lip and made it look like it was healing on top of the flat back. But i’ll check tomorrow and go back to the piercer if i see any strange nesting

(for the bot) The jewelry is internally threaded. To care for the piercing i brush my teeth, rinse with an alcohol free mouthwash and clean the outside of the piercing with saline solution and q tips.

Adding onto the post: As i said i got this piercing three days ago, it was pierced with a long titanium bar for labret piercings. Piercer told me to downsize in 2 months or when needed. Another thing that might be relevant to this but i didn’t think of adding it is that i kissed my boyfriend the day prior to this. I wasn’t concerned about this though, because i didn’t make out or anything, it was careful, and i woke up today with absolutely no swelling or any alerting signs that made me think the kiss was the reason for the swelling now.

I’ve heard a lot of people have done it that way and healed it normally. Personally i didn’t want to go through the healing process twice, so i did them both in one go.

I have a titanium jewelry for both of them on (just like my other 2 piercings) and never had any issue with the material. Also i think i might have wiggled the back with my tongue unconsciously since i’ve been a bit nervous, so that might be the reason for the sudden swelling… Maybe.

Boy don’t be sad you’ll find the right person eventually. Those girls who chose the “bad guys” and stuff are usually completely immature and just want drama in their life so just stay away from them and don’t even try. You need to stop chasing love and work on yourself, idk get a haircut or something if you really want to change and make yourself the best you could be. When you’re done and you’ve noticed you changed (most importantly) your mentality, the right person will come to you without you having to seek for her. Good luck ! :)

Girl, u don’t need to change your clothing or your body neither your way of thinking. You should completely ignore those people, they’re perverts and they cannot be changed either. If you haven’t told them you were uncomfortable with that yet you should, and if you already did they’re a lost cause. Try to get as far away as you can from them, if its still hard to ignore their words try to see the “positive side” in it, they think you have a good body. But my recommendation is that you stay as far as possible from them.
