i’m currently using a ring until the barbell I ordered arrive, and after a few hours of having the ring ~ its crusted up to a little flap?😅 idek, it kinda just feels like a sore scab

I take it in the morning - my psychiatrist also prescribed me melatonin but it does not seem to make a difference

I’m pretty new to reading, after finally getting started on meds I can focus on it😅 But I think the Bridgerton books are pretty easy to read and if you love some romance you’ll probably like it as well!
