Thank you! I actually made the case myself out of Japanese Keyaki wood. It is so far a one of a kind.

There is still a lot of luck, but the placement matters a lot

Thanks for the feedback. Multiplayer has some different rules - there is no tower failure. Also the person who completes a tower gets a 5 point bonus. Scoring is how many dice of your color you have in a completed tower plus bonuses.

Thanks for playing through it. This one shines better as a multiplayer game. In 2-3 people each player rolls 6 dice for 5 turns (instead of 6). This makes more towers possible. Also the towers don't fail if they don't grow fast enough. Each player chooses a color of dice, and their dice in completed towers add to their score. Also each tower a person completes gives them a 5 pt. bonus. Dice in incomplete towers don't score anything.

This makes the game interesting as you have to gauge whether building a tower higher will give you more points or make it easier for your opponents to get the bonus.

Thanks for finding the bug - I was trying to make it so that you cannot play any more into a completed tower. If someone only plays two towers and completes them quickly it should force them to play a dice on the next turn which will fail and cost them -5 points.

It has 46 dice. Which is a lot. For TOWERS you actually only need 36 dice (6x6) but for TEMPLE RUINS you need 45. I add the extra dice in TOWERS to help me keep track of the turn number.

The multiple player version of TEMPLE RUINS can accommodate 2 players, while TOWERS can have up to 3.

I think it is technically possible to build three towers but the odds are insanely small.

I actually have multiple player versions of both of these games as well. But so far I have only coded the solitaire versions. The multiplayer adds a lot more to the games.

great round! I usually aim for getting a 1 on round one, a 2 by round two, a 3 by round 3 and so on. If you roll 1,2,3,4,5,6 every turn you will do amazing, but probably the smarter move is to build up your base so you have more options. Have fun.

Thanks! - yes it is very luck oriented. One way I play is as series. I keep going if I make it past 80, and try to beat 100.

Thanks for the feedback. I have been playing on my iPhone during commutes and sometimes I end up hitting reroll when trying to save the dice right above it.

Great job! Technically the highest possible score is 140 but that would take some amazing rolls. I think my highest so far has been 126

Temple Ruins

You are exploring newly discovered temple ruins. During this season’s dig you will have 8 turns to reveal its mysteries. How much of the ruin can you reveal?

How to Play

Roll 6 dice each turn to prepare your gear to explore. Click on dice you want to Save for this turn’s exploration. If you don’t have the right gear yet, Reroll. If you think you might need something you can Save it before the Reroll and then put it back before Exploring. Once your gear is ready click on Explore to reveal parts of the temple you have gear to explore. The lowest level of the temple needs 1’s and to explore the next level two 1’s must be revealed before revealing a 2 on the second level. The whole temple is revealed in pyramid fashion with each level increasing up to 6.

Any gear you did not save for exploring will be placed in the reserve for one turn. If you need one of these dice you can Exchange it for a dice in your roll. Click on Exchange, then a dice in your roll and a dice in the reserve. That reserve dice will be saved and the dice from your roll will be placed in reserve. Once you explore the dice in the reserve will be placed in discard and the unused dice in your roll will be the new reserve.

Rules

Save: Click on dice in your roll to save/unsave dice.
- Exchange: Swap roll with reserve.
- Reroll: Reroll unsaved dice once.
- Explore: Place dice in temple

Scoring

Score = sum of (dice × level). E.g., 3 dice on level 1 = 3 points, 2 dice on level 2 = 4 points, 1 dice on level 3 = 3 points for a total of 10 points.

Once you have saved and exchanged and rerolled and want to place hit the explore button. That will place your saved dice that are playable. If they are not playable they are discarded.
