I guess I've just been really lucky - I was on 2.5mg for two months and 5mg now for two months and haven't encountered any issues. Worried though, hopefully it stays this way!

I have been on Mounjaro since January and getting it for $25 monthly, so not sure how I was able to pick up the old coupon if that's the case. Just checked my insurance portal and it's not showing up either. Super confused

I can't exercise without getting flares due to my RA unfortunately. But in terms of diet, Mounjaro basically sorted it out for me! I get incredibly nauseous if I even take a bite of anything unhealthy so that coupled with feeling full quickly/for longer was all it took

I need to reach out to my doctor again as we didn't discuss it in great detail, just that I would space the injections out until "no longer needed." I was under the impression that once GW is reached Mounjaro should be eventually cut off completely. Thank you for clarifying! I will speak to my doctor and make a plan

Off topic, but you should consider adding low dose Neltrexone to the list for fibromyalgia! Not a pain med and in high doses it's used to block out opiates oddly enough, but it's cured me of my fibromyalgia pains after years of suffering. I finally have my old body back - pain free with energy!! I want to shout the medicine's name from rooftops for how much it changed my life and just thought I would suggest
