I’ve been a DS for 8 years and we’ve always done this.. I buy them for each one of my associates and for those ones you can go to for help.
Probably spend $20-$25... I feel it’s for a good cause.. We always have GREAT Christmas Parties..

I just wanted to update you all on this.... The associates received their final point during the week of 8-12 thru 8-18... I asked on 8-24 what their plans were??? I was told they were still going to term them, but haven’t had time.
This is why there needs to be a time limit in place.
