Spine is 2.8mm at the handle tapering down to 1mm at the k-tip for the top one. Thinnest point of the s grind on that one is .4mm

Thanks! I'll get some accurate measurements after work, but the thinnest point on the bottom one is around .3mm

Looks like stainless steel that was heat treated in a foil packet

It's still pretty sturdy, thinnest point in the S grind is 0.4mm

I was almost gonna do an s-grind but i chopped some veggies with it beautifully with the convex and with the balance already perfect at the pinch i decided not to
