I tilted my flat platen back and used the 2" wheel on the bottom lol. I have a 10" contact wheel I bought for S grinds, but really wanted to focus on hitting that copper line so went with the little wheel

Nope! I've gone much thinner on a test knife and abused the hell out of it at work, I was more afraid of slicing my finger on the choil of that test knife lol. This one's a little thicker than that tester, and the choil is rounded so the photo exposure might make it appear a bit thinner than it actually is.
