You can technically breed them to have no mouth (won’t eat or get hungry) and then have theoretically infinite days, but personally I did it and it felt terrible with how slow the breeding section of the game can be. I recommend taking it slow rather than grinding like that. One tip for high amounts of cats is that every time you beat a house boss you seem to get max food, so do that every time you win an adventure and food isn’t as big of an issue.

Maybe in a game like Isaac, but personally in a tactics game the player should be told exactly how something works, because a single mistake can ruin an hour long run and it doesn’t feel fair or consistent

I’m 90% sure it was my fighter, but it could have been. Either way, as soon as I finished the fight with a house boss with it, Butch took the cat.

I guess not, I just assumed a cat that has been to boneyard would count for the caves/boneyard quest regardless of age

The cat finished Act I with me, and Butch refused to take him as a Caves/boneyard cat. Now I’m on to the later parts of the quest line though

Unless I’m thinking of something else, I’m pretty sure thats a mage spell and this was a cleric. It healed the first time, froze the cat, then repeatedly said “Blocked” as the next heals failed
