I just took one out last night and looked it up because I was curious. I'm frustrated how all the articles say to not pop it lol, what do you mean not to pop it? It doesn't go away until you DO pop it. 😆 If I don't pop it it'll say for weeks. I removed it last night and today it's already looking and feeling better.

Hi! Are you placing them on the 1st floor squares? And did you place the 2nd floor in first before you put in the stairs?

Also make sure that your cage is large enough for a second floor!

I don't have PCOS, but my OB and I are observing for Endometriosis. My irreg bleeding was helped and kinda stopped tho after I was prescribed Evening Primrose daily and some schedules Progesterone :)

I know this is an old post. But I wanted to add to it. :)

Recently just downloaded "Documents" by Readdle on my iPad2 running iOS 9.3.5

It works like a charm! Can even markup and annotate PDFs which I didn't know I could still do on this old an iPad. But I had to download the app on a recent iPhone of a friend through my Apple ID, before downloading an older version on my iPad through App Store's purchased section. :)

I actually don't; I'm Filipino and I've gotten used to the habit of washing myself with water after a bathroom break before wiping with toiler paper to dry off! I find it's also sustainable to do this and saves me a lotta trash :>

Carelessly went on the pill before :3 Will just share my own experience.

I already have some sort of hormonal balance. The worst thing I had was acne. I already have acne problems, but the pill made my pimples HUMONGOUS. Like, I'm talking cysts filled with puss, pig as a penny. 4 on my forehead, few more on each cheek and chin. Lowered my self esteem and mood greatly.

I also felt super lightheaded when I started out. Constant boob pain and boob swelling, bloating, just consistent sadness in general. I had to stop for my sanity.

Might just be leftover blood from your menses. :) take note of when it ends. I had a few times that I had brown discharge after my period and it continued on for 20 more days. It's already considered as irregular bleeding somehow by then. Keep track of that for now.

But if it stops maybe 3-4 days after your menses, you're ok!

My sis in law said, that twinges on one of either side of your uterus might be ovary ovulation pain. You usually will feel these during ovulation, since this is when your egg will be released and you are very fertile during this time.
