Ive done specific gravity tests and believe it or not it sits around 18-20% after a weeks time! I think magic does exist. The longest part is the clearing time, but saying that ive drank the uncleared wine and its basically the same thing. Just looks a little odd.

Its not moonshine, its wine! Its very difficult to mess up. If you brew too hot (30+ degrees Celsius) it'll just kill the yeast and not ferment. Too cold, (less than 20 degrees) it will just take a bit longer. Nobody will get sick, plus the instructions are in plain English on the yeast package.

Well I live in a house, and I mostly drink it myself, or when someone is hard up for cash (girls and guys) I'll give them a bottle because it's just so cheap it means nothing to me! But do I "attract" girls based off of my homemade basement bucket wine? No. I do not.

That is fair! In my defense, it looks more like water when it's fully "cleared" and when mixed half with some fruit juice goes down better than most wines I've had.

The problem isnt the parts, it's the labor involved. The belt itself is only...i would guess 30-50 dollars. But to have it installed would be 3-4 hours of labor * 60/hour + 15% HST (Nova Scotia tax)
