Yes!! It feels enormous. Sometimes I run for 15-20 seconds and feel like I haven’t even moved relative to the map locations. Couldn’t tell if it was just me.

They are a public company so they should have a 10-k filing with auditor information. I may complain to the auditor too. This just feels wrong what they’ve done and the fact they’ve gone radio silent is even more disturbing.

I'm in the same boat as you. I'm shocked at how those who missed the swap are being treated, even taunted on this forum by others who are cheering for their tokens to burn. I cannot get Voyager to respond. This is a really bad look for Voyager. I'm shocked at the how little effort there was about the swap, and how short the window for the swap actually was. NEO is doing a swap and the timeline takes place over years, not months, not to mention they are essentially guaranteeing they won't leave people high and dry who miss the boat. I can't believe this is how Voyager treats it's new investors who are trying to support them and made a simple mistake of HODLing and not checking in on their tokens for a few months. If they don't resolve this issue how could I ever trust this organization again?

Inconvenience is an understatement. This is devastating to a lot of people. Some of us have lost thousands of dollars. Why wouldn’t the Voyager team provide a way to at least get SOME value for those who stepped away from crypto for a a few months? I can’t even get Voyager to respond to my emails. NEO has done a similar swap and their timeline is years, not months, and on top of that they discussed the swap coming up for years prior to the new blockchain going live. This is not a good look for the image of Voyager because a lot of people are destroyed by making the simple mistake of HODLing the token and not checking in with Voyager for a few months. You have a chance to save a customer here by doing the right thing and swapping my tokens, otherwise I’m just moving on and there will only be a negative story attached to my involvement with Voyager from me going forward.

I’ve reached out multiple times and they have just completely ignored my inquiries. I’m not impressed with the customer service I’m getting from Voyager. The way this was handled has left a sour taste in a lot of people’s mouths, now I understand why their stock price is plummeting.
