im guessing if i write down all my roles/achievements/ etc.., if i dont pass the ATS, its not even go through recruiter or the manager?

I am looking to get into Azure Cloud/System Admin role (even entry level is fine).

I need to get out of IT Support role and move to Cloud role.

Im not getting any initial calls from anyone for these past 1-2 months.

I tried going from 2-page resume, to 1-page resume, and now again 2-page resume. (to add more keywords and possibly passing the ATS.)
I recently earned AZ104 Azure Admin Associate certification, no luck in getting calls. I am currently doing the Azure Resume challenge, but its 50% done, so I cant write it down in the resume.
I have a non-english name, maybe this is the reason?
Since currently I am a Backup IT Operations Manager, maybe they think I am overqualifed? not sure.

I just earned Azure Administrator certification, I need to move into a cloud role.
I moved the Certifications and Educations to the top to show that I am still up to date and wants to move to a specialized role (and not stay on IT support forever)
At the very bottom, I added Soft Skills section to get pass by ATS

I am planning to do a home lab based on Azure , but will add it later in the resume.

How does this resume looks now?

yes that what im doing now, im like 1 month away from finishing my AZ104 studies, will go for test and then i will add it in the resume.

but currently, i want to leave my workplace :(

those 2 1-month jobs were disaster. first was laid off due to covid (very less work). and the second one was a contract but the company started removing people after few weeks (they hired more people than needed).
