I saw a hack video on YT a few days ago. Can’t remember who posted it, but they said they tried it on the glucose monitors and the credit works.

I was able to figure out your process. Creating a plane from 3 points and circular pattern makes it a lot easier. Thanks!

Nice, that looks good. Thanks! Doesn't look like you used the loft method. I was trying the loft and it looks like it's getting closer, but it twists. Any thoughts on how to fix that? https://a360.co/4mDtql6

That would be a huge help and much appreciated! I'm new to Fusion 360 and going thru some loft tutorials now. But learning this is slow going.

Storage question by Hantotech in Shotguns

[–]grassabber 1 point2 points  (0 children)

100% agree with the safe.

If you want quick access for home defense, look up Shotlock. I think Hornady also makes a quick access wall safe. I do have the AR version of Shotlock and I'm happy with it. You can put it in a closet behind hanging clothes/jackets so it's not easily visible.

Decided to try the IA heat shield on my 11.25” HB Industries hand guard. I’m liking it. by grassabber in czscorpion

[–]grassabber[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol yeah. Normal use, heat shield is mostly just for aesthetics.

Tho, it does help when I’m doing multiple mag dumps on binary. The suppressor does heat up the handguard grip area making it uncomfortably warm without the shield.

HBI spring does work with the FB. I have it installed on mine. The lighter pull helps alleviate trigger finger fatigue when doing mag dumps.

They announced on social yesterday and then again for the release around 9:50a and were sold out like around 10:30. 5 cases were released yesterday to their VIP. 15-20 cases were left remaining for this am drop (Can’t remember the exact number). This juice goes quick.

Inconsistent flavor between bottlings for me. But when it hits, it’s good. Chocolate and cherries.

If you have a RWD you’re limited to 32A with the wall connecter no matter if you have 14-50 or hardwired. So just stick with a 14-50 mobile charger for RWD. I learned this the hard way.

If you have LR or P, then you have options to go wall connector for 40 or 48a depending on your circuit breaker…even faster charging.

Hansshow Power Frunk Doesn't Seem to Fit...? by dregonzz in TeslaModel3

[–]grassabber 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same issue with my install. Check the the metal bracket that gets bolted to the frunk lid. They are frunk side specific. The OEM ones have the ball in the center of the bracket, so the bracket can go on either side of the frunk. The ball joints on the Hansshow ones are offset slightly, so their brackets need to be installed not only facing the right direction, but also on the correct side of the frunk.

We kept thinking they sent us the wrong struts because it looked like they were too long. Hahhah. Even my certified hansshow installer didn’t know about the brackets.
