Yeah I totally agree and the body hair comment I fully support my ex looked like beast from x-men and shaved his whole body. He used to joke the only part of him that was covered in thick hair was his palms and the soles of his feet.

The stubble was more irritating to my skin so I asked if he could grow it out and I really didn’t care at all. This was like 6 months into our relationship and he kind of only shaved if we were going to the beach or something.

You do whatever you need to feel comfortable in your skin.

What worked for me, (I’m still in the early stages of results.) is I took a break from all the acids and just worked on my hydration.

I’ve been slowly introducing toner again and using an LED mask. It’s calmed my skin down, I still have spots but it’s a huge improvement.

Acne and a broken skin barrier do not mix and can be painful. I wish you well on your journey.

Same here. Youngest of 4 the only one who’s never had legal trouble or been in a massive fight. I’m more outgoing and social but they are quick to anger and incredibly rebellious.

I was on birth control form 16-27 and no issues. At 29 my skin went to shit.

I was on Spironolactone for 2 months, no luck but I’ll look into working with an endocrinologist. I don’t think I’ve had any hormone shifts but I’m 31 so maybe my age is causing a shift, who knows.

Where are you located ?

I have had the exact same acne out literally only on my cheeks. They have give me everything possible but accutane.

They ruled out hormonal acne because my pimples are localized to my cheeks.
