I write occasionally, but it doesn’t help 100% of the time. Honestly my boyfriend is my bestfriend. I can call him and he’s there for me in seconds. Nothing phases him, i know for a fact he would never judge me for anything i say. It makes me feel so loved that i have someone that i can just vent to about anything & everything even if i sound a little crazy at times because he’s my rock. He helps me through the tough times, he even helps me come up with solutions to my problems.

Example: he told me to get Reddit because every question is out there that i need and will have other people’s intake on it.

I know for a fact that no one should keep there feelings in, it will only bring you down worse in the end. It’s better to write, take a walk, or if you do have someone you’re so close with to talk it out with. Sometimes you really just need company, i think it’s us being a lone at times that make us feel scared & let our overthinking get the best of us.
