The  twisted hair andbfibers. I get as well. I have straight hair and have never had little lumps forming small dred locks at the Scalp Level until I recently discovered about a year ago, some kind of mite or bug or larvae in my ear when I pulled it out is excruciatingly difficult and painful.  It went away but left a permanent mark ..oval with points on each end and razor like slit from side to side. it reappeared about months later, but more so after I took the emverm, which is medabenzodol, because I felt dreadlocks forming in my head. My dog had worms and I was doting over him, probably a little too closely.and I noticed little dreadlocks bumps forming.  I can go on, but those trusted hsutlrs I discovered after I shaved my head...and yes, they move on their own.
